Our 1-year repair warranty
Rockit offers a one-year warranty on repair work. The applicable coverage, start date and any part-specific or manufacturer terms should be confirmed on your service invoice before repair authorization.
What if you have a problem after the visit?
Contact Rockit at (650) 706-8781 with your name, service date, appliance and a description of the issue. We will review the repair record and discuss next steps based on the applicable warranty terms.
Our warranty statement does not mean every future appliance problem or unrelated component failure is covered.
Transparent estimates before repair
$45 diagnostic/service call — waived when you approve the repair. Online estimated labor is $160–$220; parts are not included and are quoted separately if needed. Actual repair costs depend on the diagnosis.

Do you come to my home?
Yes. Rockit provides in-home appliance repair. We do not operate a customer drop-off repair counter.
Can I get same-day appliance repair?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on location, technician schedule and parts availability. Call to check.
What is your diagnostic fee?
The diagnostic/service call is $45 and is waived when you approve the repair.
Does the online estimate include parts?
No. The $160–$220 range is an initial labor estimate only. Replacement parts, if required, are quoted separately before the repair.
