Our diagnostic/service call is $45. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic charge is waived. We explain the repair price before work begins.
Online labor estimate
The online labor range is an initial estimate, not a fixed or guaranteed repair quote. The final labor charge depends on diagnosis and job complexity. Replacement parts are not included and, when required, are priced separately for approval before installation.

Yes. Rockit provides in-home appliance repair. We do not operate a customer drop-off repair counter.
