LG appliance diagnostics and repair
LG makes direct-drive washers, dryers and refrigerators, including models with linear compressors. Common calls include OE drain errors and UE unbalance errors on washers, and refrigerators or ice makers that stop cooling or making ice.

Before your service visit
Share the model number, symptoms and any error code. Following diagnosis, we will discuss whether repair is practical, the labor charge and any parts needed. Parts costs are additional to the online labor estimate and are quoted before proceeding.
Transparent estimates before repair
$45 diagnostic/service call — waived when you approve the repair. Online estimated labor is $160–$220; parts are not included and are quoted separately if needed. Actual repair costs depend on the diagnosis.
