Share the model number, symptoms and any error code. Following diagnosis, we will discuss whether repair is practical, the labor charge and any parts needed. Parts costs are additional to the online labor estimate and are quoted before proceeding.

Yes. Rockit provides in-home appliance repair. We do not operate a customer drop-off repair counter.
Can I get same-day appliance repair?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on location, technician schedule and parts availability. Call to check.
What is your diagnostic fee?
The diagnostic/service call is $45 and is waived when you approve the repair.
Does the online estimate include parts?
No. The $160–$220 range is an initial labor estimate only. Replacement parts, if required, are quoted separately before the repair.
